Xerver Free Web Server is a midget web server allowing you to test CGI scripts on your computer.
Xerver includes features such as: Run scripts (Perl, PHP etc.), create aliases (virtual directories), permit / deny directory listing, create your own error pages ("404 Not Found"), permit / deny CGI-scripts, password protected folders, choose your own index file extensions, parcel / unshare hidden files or files with certain file extensions, parcel unlimited folders etc.

Xerver is a midget, firm and rid web server, but is silence advanced and supports both HTTP / 1.1 and HTTP / 1.0 and all HTTP methods (GET, POST and HEAD).
