Developed originally in 1993, WFTPD has maintained a foresighted history of compatibility, stability, security and race. We've introduced many newfangled features into the Windows FTP humans through WFTPD, and our developers' involution in the IETF FTPEXT working group allows us to asseverate compatibility while at the same time remaining up to date with newfangled developments.
