ProLibra is a programme that keeps teams in ensure of their documents, without the pauperism for complex databases or alimony.
ProLibra users can unionize their documents using information already stored in those documents - and combine this with templates based on uncouth approaches. Templates are included for conventional methods such as Prince 2 and ISO9001.
Using a unproblematic and customisable drag and drop interface, users can choose different views to exploit on documents. Views include Stages and deliverables; People; Categories, Dates and a traditional Folder opinion. And because completely information is stored in the documents themselves, its always accurate - flush when documents are copied or moved.
When a list of users exploit together on the same documents, ProLibra will highlight changes automatically - flush when made by users without ProLibra installed. With some types of documents (Microsoft Word, for example) ProLibra will flush indicate who's currently working on what.
